This page provides options for managing your account. Only options which are relevant to your account are shown.
A description of the various statuses which your account may have are shown here.
Use this link if you wish to temporarily stop receiving email from your Account, perhaps because you are going on holiday.
While your Account is Inactive your saved searches will not be run. You will still be able to use the ASPC site and other My ASPC services as normal, but no email will be sent to you unless you specifically request it - for example if you contact a Selling Solicitor to arrange a viewing and ask to be sent a copy of the message.
Your account can be easily reactivated at any time. Simply log in to My ASPC and click on the "Reactivate My Account" link.
If you have temporarily suspended your account, use this link to reactivate it. This will start your saved searches running as normal, and sending you details of the results.
If you have finished house hunting, and are no longer using the ASPC site, use this link to close your account.
Before an Account can be fully activated, you must confirm your willingness to set up the Account by following the simple instructions in a confirmation message, which was sent when the Account was first created.
If that message did not arrive, or if it was lost, you can use this link to resend the message.
This option will only appear if your Account has not been confirmed.
If you need to change your Primary Email Address (the one which you use to log in to MyASPC), then use this link.
You will be asked for the new email address which you wish to use. A confirmation message will then be sent to that email address. Follow its simple instructions to complete the changeover.
This option will only appear if you have not already asked to change your Primary Email Address.
You have requested that your Primary Email Address be changed, but that process is not yet complete. Use this link to track the current status of the changeover. The status page will allow you to resend the confirmation message, if it has not arrived safely, and to cancel the changeover altogether.
This option will only appear if you have requested that your Primary Email Address be changed.
