Your Primary Email Address is the address you use to log in to ASPC, and is the address to which we send your regular status reports.

You can change this address if, for example, you are about to lose access to your current Primary Email Address, or just if it is more convenient for you to use a different email address.

Type the new email address you wish to use into the box provided, or just select one of your existing Secondary Email Addresses from the drop-down list. (You will only see the list if you have at least one Secondary Email Address).

Type your MyASPC password to confirm your request is valid.

Click the "Change Address" button to start the transfer process.

Your new address will now be sent an email from which you can confirm that you wish this change to go ahead. Follow the instructions in that email message to complete the transfer. Once you have completed the transfer, you should use your new email address to log in.
