If you have already initiated the process of changing your Primary Email Address, if you again select the option to change it, you will be able to control the process in the following ways:

Before your Primary Email Address can be changed, you must follow the simple instructions in a confirmation message sent to the new email address which you wish to switch to.

If that confirmation message has not arrived, you can use this link to resend it.

Your Primary Email address will not change until you have followed the instructions in the email message which was sent to the new Primary Email address you selected.

You may cancel the request at any time before those instructions have been followed. If, for example, you mistyped the new email address, then cancel the request. You will then be able to again request a change of your Primary Email Address, entering the correct new email address.
