You do not need to disclose any personal details to have a My ASPC account. However, some My ASPC services (including access to Home Reports) do require you to give us specific details about yourself. If you try to use such a service when we do not have those details, we will ask you to provide them.

Any details you do supply will be handled in line with ASPC's Privacy Policy

We need to know your full name, and your home address and postcode. Note that ASPC keeps a record of every time you access a Home Report, and this information will be available to the solicitor selling the property.

No details are required for you to save searches.

We need to know the name of your firm of Solicitors, and which Branch you are using. If you are dealing with a specific person, then you should also give us their name as a contact.

You do not have to provide any other information, but personal details, such as your name and phone numbers may help your Solicitor to reply more quickly.

We need to know your First Name and Surname in order for you to contact the Selling Solicitor of a property.

If you provide any phone numbers, then these can be included automatically in your emails. Even if you supply these details, they will not be included unless you specifically request them.

We need to know your First Name, Surname, Home Address, Home Postcode and at least one phone number in order for you to contact the selling Solicitor of a Property to arrange a viewing for it.

For safety and security reasons, Solicitors cannot arrange viewings without knowing your personal details.

We need to know your First Name and Surname in order for you to contact a Solicitor/Branch.
