My ASPC Services

Some services require you to provide some personal details, others need no more than your email address. All these requirements are listed here. Whenever a service requires details which you have not yet given us, you will be prompted to provide them.

Saving Searches

This service is available on every list of search results.

When you save a search, all the criteria which you used to find your properties are remembered. You can re-run the search from the My Searches page. In addition, your search can be re-run automatically every night, and a list of new properties which match your criteria will be emailed to you.

You can save up to 10 different searches.

If you have added any additional Email Addresses to your account, then they too can receive the search results. You can receive the results at home and at work, and send them to your partner, for example.

Request A Viewing

This service is available on any Property whose Selling Solicitor can be contacted by Email.

If you have found a property you are interested in, you can email the selling Solicitor to arrange a viewing. For reasons of safety and security, Solicitors will require personal details before a viewing can be arranged.

Ask Selling Solicitor a Question

This service is available on any Property whose Solicitor can be contacted by email.

If you need more information about a particular property, you can email the selling Solicitor directly from the Web site.

Email Your Solicitor about a Property

This service is available on every Property.

As long as your own solicitor is a member of ASPC, you can contact them about a particular property, for example to arrange a survey.

Contact Solicitor/Branch by Email

This service is available on every Solicitor firm and Branch for which we have email contact details.

You can contact any Solicitor (at their Head Office), or a particular Branch.
