Q:Re-opening an account
To re-open/re-instate an account please follow the steps shown below carefully:
A: Go to the web site and click on the 'MyASPC' tab (highlighted 'red')and then:
Type
in your original user name and password - You will be informed that the
account is closed, but go on to tell you that if you want to re-instate
the account then click on the 're-instate' button. If asked enter the
password again.
You will be sent a confirmation email which you will need to action by clicking on the link.
The alternative if you still have your original confirmation email is
to click on the confirmation link. When you next go to the web site the
account will be re-opened and ready to use.
