Spring is normally considered the best time to sell a property, but with more flexible work schedules and plentiful opportunities to make a property seem more homely, ASPC takes a look at why winter can be wonderful. Whilst the housing market tends to slow before Christmas there’s no reason whilst your property can’t be sold in December, or at least get a head start with the New Year’s rush.
