On entering Newmachar, take the first right turn, signposted ‘Kingseat’. Follow this road for a short while, as it bends to the left, then take the right hand turn, signposted ‘Tillygreig’. Travel up this small hill approximately 0.6 miles and you will reach the plots on the left hand side.

PLANNING PERMISSION Outline planning permission has been granted for the demolition of current farm buildings, and the erection of three dwellinghouses with a garage and parking on each plot. The demolition of the current farm buildings will be the responsibility of the seller.
