Required Reports/Conditions

The following reports and conditions will be required prior to the development commencing.

1. Detailed design of each dwellinghouse including materials and details of bat boxes on buildings/on site.

2. Detailed design for proposed access, parking and hardstanding in line with conditions.

3. Detailed design of the drainage solution for foul and surface water.

4. Details of any planting and hard landscaping including boundary treatments.

5. Conditions: A method of statement for the safe removal, reclamation and appropriate reuse of salvageable stone and slate accruing from the proposed works have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority. Thereafter the work shall be carried out in complete accordance with the approval method statement.

6. No works in connection with the demolition of the steading shall be carried out in the period between 1st March and 31st August in any year or at any time when barn owls are nesting on site.

From Torphins, travel east towards Aberdeen. Turn left at Campfield petrol station, continue along this road for approximately 1.5 miles, then take the 6th opening on the right signposted Thistleycrook/Pitcullen. Pitcullen house is situated straight ahead and the Steading is on the left as indicated by our For Sale board.
